The birds were hard, but not in an annoying way (at least on the NES). I think this whole game, DKJ, is flawless. I enjoyed it immediately and replayed it until it got old. Masterpiece.

I would still consider this Crash 4 in a certain sense, but it’s more of a Crash 5. Wrath of Cortex has its heart in the right place, and has a few decent ideas, a good voice cast, and some amazing soundtrack pieces, but isn’t very consistent.

As some who owns and loves the 7800 ver im a little shocked you said nothing about the sound, its the games only real draw back, still my fav ver tho.
